Reputable Etsy Sellers - Bridesmaid Dresses

If you can't find one that's reputable then I probably wouldn't go this route. There are lots of reputable companies you can buy bridesmaids dresses from. Are you looking for a particular style? Otherwise I'm not sure why you would want them custom made.

Have you tried looking online to find premade dresses that you like? Azazie is a reputable site with tons of great styles and colors and very reasonable prices.

I have, and there really is nothing that I am finding that I truly like. That is why I am turning to Etsy. I have looked at around a dozen different bridesmaid dress designers, and I just am not finding what I am looking for.

I am looking for a particular style, which is why I am trying to go the custom route. I know there are reputable Etsy sellers out there, but it is difficult to sift through all of the scams on the site.

Off the shoulder ballgown, structured and boned bodice, and a full skirt with pockets. Most of the bridesmaid dresses I am seeing online just aren't quite formal enough. Jenny Yoo has some dresses that would probably fit the level of formality for my wedding, but the shape of the gowns is not what I am looking for. I have looked into actual evening gowns from designers, but many are nearing $1,000, and I am not wanting to pay that for bridesmaid dresses. Rent-The-Runway also does not have any dresses in the color way I am searching for.

View Quoted Comment What about going to local seamstress? Unfortunately what you are looking for does seem pretty specific and sounds more like a wedding dress than a bridesmaid dress. Do the bridesmaids realize just how fancy you want them to dress?

They do! Which is why I am the one footing the bill for the bridesmaid dresses. I think a local seamstress might end up being my best bet.

We used Renz Rags on Etsy for my bridesmaids’ gowns and were so pleased with the quality and customization options! I’m sure they’d be willing to work with you.

David’s bridal has a very pretty off the shoulder ball gown in multiple colors but it’s a wedding dress I think. But not $1,000 at least 🤷🏻‍♀️ I agree looking for prom, check Henris cloud nine

I have already looked at Azazie, but I had not heard of Cocomelody. Thank you so much for the suggestion! I am going to look up their dresses right now.

My bridesmaids got their dresses from Dessy and we had a wonderful experience and the quality was great. But I would go to a local seamstress in your case. What you want sounds pretty specific and I wouldn't trust an Etsy seller to get your vision right without speaking in person
