Rehearsal dinner help near Mystic, CT

Our wedding is in June of 2017. We're trying to find an outdoor park where we can have a rehearsal dinner. We want this to be pretty casual. We'll bring some outside catering, but we ideally need a park by the water with covering as well as tables/chairs. This by no means has to be a traditional spot. We basically want to find an affordable place where we can bring in outside food and have a cover in case it rains. Any ideas? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

They have pavilions you can rent

It's close to the Thames river but you would not be able to see it from there

Oh I actually just thought of something else! You can try eastern point beach and there's a house there you could rent I don't think it's too expensive I went to a party there in high school haha

State park pavilions by lakes should be good. I am getting married in Ohio at a lake state park. It's $48 a day for pavilion rental. :-)
