Rehearsal dinner dress

Any rehearsal I've ever been to, I haven't seen the bride wear white. I plan on wearing a purple dress/outfit that kind of matches my wedding color. Just because I love purple though =0)

I don't look good in white, with the exception of my wedding gown so I definitely won't make a point to wear it more than once!

It is not a tradition. I was also surprised to see many brides purchasing white for the dinner rehearsal dress. I am either wearing black or bright blue...haven't decided yet.

I wanted to wear my brides maid dress in white because its a fun dress. And I just wanted to wear white. but i ended up with this dress

because i found out my bridesmaid dress doent come in any shades even close to white

I am wearing white- and I think that is pretty traditional, but there definitely is no rule that says you have to wear white...wear whatever you want...its your rehearsal! I actually wasn't planning on wearing white but just happened to fall in love with a white dress If I hadn't found that dress I probably would have worn yellow b/c it our wedding color.

My dress is Black... its a short black satin halter top dress and Im wearing a tutu slip under it.. Its really fun.. its all up to you.. my wedding colors are black and Ivory and so it goes with my colors but I went black only cuz I wanted to be able to wear it other times and I fell in love with it.. not because it was one of my wedding colors..

We are having pasta so there will be no white for me...It's like murphy's law with me and white...anytime I wear it something spills on it!

I am not wearing white i amd going to be inwhite all day for the wedding so there for i am wearing a sun dress like thing i am having my rehearsal tomorrow if i am not that busy lol ill post a picture of the dress i am wearing

I'm also wearing white. I went to a rehearsal dinner a while back and the attire was sun dresses and Hawaiian theme for the guys but I liked that the bride wore white... especially since I didn't know her very well it was nice to be able to spot who the bride was

Im wearing white but not cuz of any tradition. lol just cuz things having to do with my wedding are probably the only times that wearing white will be ok for me and i found an adorable white dress at mandee. lol

We are having a BBQ at a cabin for the rehersal dinner, so DEFF. no white for me. I haven't really thought about what I'm going to wear. Most likely just a nice light weight summer dress (July in CO is HOT), I'm more about comfort then color.

I don't think it's tradition. I say wear whatever you feel beautiful in!

I wore a white RD dress because my wedding gown was a champagne color. Silly reason, but that's why I did it

I haven't decided what I am wearing yet. I won't be wearing white though since our rehearsal dinner is at an Italian restaurant and I am clumsy....maybe I should wear red to mine!

I havent decided either but ill prob wear white..i have a pant suit i love thats white with a cute black top under it! i want to be comfortaable im not a dress person

I am planning to wear a black dress that has gray ruffle bottom with tights and blank ankle boots. My bands will be in half braid. Lol yep I planned way too early what to wear for rehearsal dinner lol.

I will stick with my fushia dress and if I stumble on a white dress before my rehearsal then I'll consider.

I don't even know where we gonna have our rehaersal, could be a restaurant (like chinese buffet) or my parents house.

I thought about wearing white but since my wedding is Tuscan/Italian/Wine themed I thought it would be fun to incorporate some Italian traditions. They say it's good luck for the bride to wear Green at the rehearsal so I think I'll do that but if find one I like that isn't green oh well... I just want to look cute!

@Kelsey I didnt know that maybe I will find some Green jewlery or shoes to go with my dress. FH whole family is Italian
