This dress is so beautiful! I can see why you are looking for it! Would it be possible for you to send a Facebook message to the woman in the photo, offer your congratulations, tell her that you love her dress and ask would she mind telling you who the designer is? It’s worth a shot!

I did a reverse image search to try to find a similar dress. This dress, Promise Silk Satin Gown by Ines Di Santo is very similar and available in Nordstrom.

That dress is super similar... thanks for linking! I have tired on dresses and really loved this one specific one below but wanted a higher neckline so I didn't have to be pulling it up all night. I really think the shape is flattering (humble brag!!)

That dress is so stunning on you! It gives you such a beautiful shape Although I totally know what you mean about not wanting to be pulling at it all night. I actually recently bought a strapless dress for an event and was worried about the same thing but was pleasantly surprised that it didn't budge! The dress is form fitting at the top and also has boning running from the waist up. Perhaps if you are unable to find exactly what you are looking for, you could consult a seamstress about adding boning to this dress to keep the structure?

I don't think it would be that weird to reach out to the woman in the previous picture. It's always nice to know that people liked your dress, and the connection to her is far enough away that I don't imagine she would mind you having the same dress as her. The worst she can do is not respond, so you won't be any worse off than you are now!

I agree, reach out to her! It wouldn’t be weird in my opinion, I actually just did the same thing to another bride who got married at my venue last week lol

So I'm super tardy to the party but back in October I tried a similar (definitely not the same) dress on at a random boutique I wasn't planning on stopping at.

very unflattering dress on me I knew instantly not for me It was my favorite that I tried that day because I wanted a low back

Okay guys!! I *think* I'm saying yess to this dress. It's not what I thought I'd want (the lace!!) but the structure is sooo beautiful. Thankfully I have some time so I'm going to go again and see if I can get a cheaper price at another salon and really lock it down! (excuse my face)
