You might already know some of these things based on your initial research on the place but:
-does it have a kitchen (if your caterer will need it)?
-would you be allowed to bring your own alcohol if you want?-does it include any rentals (chairs, tables, linens, lighting equipment, audio/visual, etc)-if yes to any of the above, do they help with set up and tear down, or do you need to set aside time for you/your coordinator to handle that-what is the parking situation for your guests (including whether cars can stay overnight if someone drinks too much)-if anything is outdoors, what the weather plans are

Can you use any vendors?
Will someone help you decorate?Are there any restrictions?Do they provide a coordinator?

Great ideas. We do have that all covered.

-Has a kitchen. Food must be catered by venue

-No alcohol- Has a bar and Bartender

-Includes chairs/tables/etc as well as a mic/dance floor/headtable and all will be set up and tore down.

-Big parking lot

-It's a hotel ballroom so they can stay over there with specially priced blocked rooms.
