I’m having a small wedding with 25 people and I’m not a dancer 😂 what other activities can we do instead that’s not cheesy??

My DJ told me he has lots of reception game ideas in addition to dancing.

As Christy said, games like shoe game or a "have you ever ...." quizz with funny and/or embarassing questions like: " have you ever seen your parents doing it?", " have you ever been drunk before noon?" , "have you ever been in a fistfight?" and the bride and groom answer with an item (2 mittens of different colors or something else).
Other than games, you can hire a caricaturist, dancers or a band without dancing, like a concert.

We aren't dancing, we are just letting people mingle, have a bonfire, setting up some card tables, and lots of cocktails Smiley smile

My brother and SIL got married at a baptist church where dancing wasnt allowed. They had a bunch of board games set out for guests to play. the hard part is just getting them all returned and put back together at the end of the night.

I’ve seen Bingo and some really fancy, personalized corn hole game materials

I think with that small of a guest count everything will be just fine without dancing! I would try to set your reception up as either a fully plated dinner, or as a cocktail style reception - if you haven't nailed down a style yet. We've gone to two smaller weddings (<40 guests) and both were cocktail style, mingle as you wish. Ours will be about 40 guests and we're doing a sit down dinner at a restaurant and skipping everything but toasts (I'm not ashamed to admit I want to see my dad tear up and that I want to thank all of our guests for coming).

I’m having my wedding in Mexico!! We will have a cocktail hour and reception. I think I will put a cocktail bar and some lounging for mingling. I think small weddings are the way to go especially if you want people to cry 😊

I would just have people mingle! Serve good food and good drinks and it should be amazing!
