Reception Menu

Hi! We want to have a laid back reception, with budget in mind. Food safety won't be an issue, asking for opinions on the menu.

Everything looks good just recheck vendors contracts to see if they require a hot meal. Are photographers require it. 😊

Thanks! I'm planning to count vendors in the head count either way. Rather too much than not enough☺

Sounds delicious! Make sure everything is served at the proper temperatures. And the sandwiches are hot, correct? So you have hot food for vendors covered. Do you have any vegetarians on the guest list? If so, jackfruit in bbq sauce is something they can eat.

Not every wedding has to serve the same chicken breast meal. The selection you have is very plentiful. You can even cut down the dessert options unless you don’t mind sending home leftovers.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by “food safety is not an issue “?

Thanks! I just meant that the food will be held at the proper Temps. Yes, the pulled chicken and pulled pork, and baked beans will be served hot, cold salads will be held in bowls on ice. Sorry that did sound vague. As far as vegetarians, there are none on the guest list, but thanks for the reminder. Desserts are so plentiful, because I come from a long line of sweets lovers. 😋 We are inviting kids, so thought cookies might be a good choice. If there are leftovers,, guests will be welcome to take what they want. I have never heard of jackfruit, but will look that up. Thanks again for your reply
