Reception entrance dance

So my fiancé and i are Planning a surprise entrance dance and not sure what to do about something. No one knows we are doing this except us and the dj so i previously Told the bridal party that once they are introduced into the reception to go to where their seats are because i didn’t want them really waiting for us and not knowing what to do. The tables are not so close to the dance floor because it’s a huge room, i mean They aren’t drastically far but we will feel kind of far away from our audience. Now I’m wondering if i should Tell the bridal party to stand around the dance floor “to watch our first dance” and then maybe guests will get up for that as well or have the dj tell people to come around the dance floor or should i just Let what happens happens and if people get up then they do? Wasn’t sure if the bridal party wouldn’t because of the previous instructions to enter to their seat. What do you think?
