Reception cancelled unsure what to do.

Hi everyone! Back in May we officially cancelled our July 2020 reception which was going to be our first anniversary destination celebration of our marriage. I am feeling a bit down as today I would have been traveling and getting ready for our celebration. When we originally got married in the courthouse we didn’t exchange any vows and I was holding off on wearing my wedding band until we had our celebration as we were hoping to exchange vows prior to the reception. With Covid cases up and having nearly planned an entire reception. I am feeling a little defeated on even having a large reception/celebration at all. I was really looking forward to exchanging vows and finally getting to wear my wedding band and dress. I am not really sure what to do! Should I plan another reception later this year or next year? Or should I not even do anything at all. If I don’t do anything what would be a cute way of celebrating our marriage? I guess I am hoping for some ideas. Being that we are already married I am just not sure if it is even a good idea to have a celebration later. We were hoping to start having a family later next year. Thanks in advance for your help!
