TIA!

I think this would be more of a personal question depending on your guests. I personally would do it for my elderly guests. Know my grandmother would love it.

@Heather, thank you. I keep thinking of my FH 89 year old grandma shiverring at his cousins grad party in december. It's what made me think of them.

I got married last week in Chicago where it's absolutely freezing. Our venue had coat check and working heat.. I don't understand why you would need blankets.

Throw blankets... no. Pashminas or some kind of wrap... maybe.

ETA: But as some PPs said, guests will (should) know how to dress and bring layers IF necessary.

If it's not outdoors then I don't really see the need. I think it would be a waste.

My brother and his husband had to get cheap fleece blankets last minute for their outdoor wedding in September because it ended up being unseasonably cold. I don't think its a bad idea to have some available but I wouldn't buy one for every guest and I wouldn't have anything put on them.

I'd put any extra money in savings, not buy unnecessary additional stuff with it.

Guests can wear layers and they'll be fine. People know how to dress for cold weather.

We love blankets so we are doing fleece throw blankets for our favors. We are doing trail mix bags as well, for each person. For the blankets, we are thinking one per single guest. One per couple and if they have children, one for the pair of kids. We only have around 55 people attending. Wanted to see if you think that's enough to give? Thanks!
