Real vs Fake Flowers

I'm doing fake mostly because I know I'll be way less stressed having them done and in my hands a couple weeks before the wedding instead of the day before/of. I'm a control freak though that worries about stuff like that!!!

My bouquets have been made with fake flowers mainly because it's a destination wedding, but also because it was cheaper and make nice keepsakes afterwards.

Real. I personally just don't like fake flowers. You can always tell they are fake. And I feel like if I'm going to spend any money on them I'd rather have the real thing. I hired a florist though so I still won't have to worry about them being done. No work for me.

We are using sola flowers for our centerpieces (no bouquets). You 100% cannot tell that they are fake, and we aren't wasting thousands of dollars.

We are doing real. To be honest our flowers are very simple. gerber daisies. Viking palms (mini sunflowers) and others as well. Our centerpieces are quart size mason jars with lace.

I personally wouldn't want to make all the flowers. A lot of work.

& with everything I am paying less than $700.

We got quotes from 3 florists.

Fake. I'm having a DW and the only vendor my contract allowed me to use for real flowers was charging a ridiculous amount

I'm doing sola wood flowers for mine, they are absolutely gorgeous and I feel like they fit the look I'm going for best

Fake. Mainly bc it's cheaper and I want to keep my bouquet forever. I made everything myself

Flowers are my life!! My yard is full of flower gardens so fake was never an option

I'm doing real because my photographers wife is an up and coming florist in my area who has done a dozen or so weddings in the last few months & gave us an amazing price! I think if anything has to be real I would go with the centerpieces because everyone will pretty much analyze them when they're sitting for dinner.

Fake, I'm allergic and have found that they are substantially less expensive (even for Real Touch) since I'm getting married a week after Valentines day!

Real flowers!

Fake. In our case it was cheaper. And I honestly just prefer fake flowers lol they don't die, so I can just re-use them after the wedding

Real. I personally don't like fake flowers and feel they always look fake no matter what, and I also love the smell of real flowers.

I'm doing real flowers. I don't like how fake flowers look and I just feel like even the best fake ones don't visually compete with the real ones.

Real. My wedding is set in a botanical garden with lots of beautiful flora. And I want my wedding to feel like an enchanted forest.... so I'm incorporating a lot of greenery and flowers. It wouldn't feel right if I were using fake lol

Real. They bring life to the space. I'm not wasting any money on flowers. They are making the space. Fake flowers have no life to them. Whatever works for people. I wouldn't side-eye fake flowers.

Real.. I've never liked fake flowers. I agree with others even the nicest ones still look fake and usually cost as much as real ones anyways.
