In addition to all of these, things like open-flame policies, particularly if you want real candles as part of your decor come to mind. Additionally, if you plan to diy things like backdrops or other major decor items, you'll want to get an idea of those and ask specifically about attachment to walls/rafters/ceiling. I have ended up scrapping and/or changing half my plans because I did not ask the right questions (or admittedly read the contract line for line). During your walk through, try to get an idea of your decor scheme and any major items for ceremony or reception that you will want to have there.

Set a budget first and have guest count as well! That is the 1st thing they ask all the time (Besides your wedding date) .Everything else should then fall into place

Take pictures. Is the coordinator on site if something goes wrong? When do you have to have final count? Minimums/maximums. Can I change the menu? Can I pick up decorations the next day? What’s included -linens, table decor, booze, cake? Tax and tip cost? Other fees.
