I am going to have only a Matron of Honor which will be using a Burgundy/Marsala dress and my Fiancé will have only one Best Man. I am providing the Best Man the a Suspender and Tie in the color of our wedding which is Burgundy. Y’all think I also should get the same thing for my stepfather (which is my dad figure in the wedding day) and also my fiancé stepfather? Our dads will not be at the wedding due to circumstances out of our control.. I don’t know if it’s a thing or not… but I will definitely be getting our stepfather’s a boutonnière. Help! What should I do? Buy or not buy suspender and tie for our stepfather’s?

The parents don't need to match the bridal party. I would just get your step-dad a boutonneire and leave it at that.

Our groomsmen wore light pink ties to match our bridesmaids and my husband wore an ivory and champagne striped tie to match me (my dress was ivory lace with a champagne overlay). This helped him stand out more with the different color and subtle pattern.
