I have to share in my amazement and excitement! So... I have fat arms. I know every girl says that, but seriously. They're huge (started at 19 inches diameter each). 3 weeks ago my FH and I started a bet for $1. He said that if I did push ups every day for 6 weeks they would be half their size. I...
I have to share in my amazement and excitement!

So... I have fat arms. I know every girl says that, but seriously. They're huge (started at 19 inches diameter each). 3 weeks ago my FH and I started a bet for $1. He said that if I did push ups every day for 6 weeks they would be half their size. I said no way... not possible.
Well, I missed 2 days and so I'm starting the 6 weeks over today and we measured the arms. Ladies.... I lost a whole inch per arm! In 3 weeks! I might just lose this bet, but I'll look great in my dress! 😍

    It's still working... shrank another 0.5 inch per arm!

    That is great!! I might want to try that!! Pushups have always hurt my wrist but i want to tone them!

    Push-ups is an exercise I could never stand to do! After hearing your story, it sounds like I'll be adding this to my regime. Are you doing full-body push-ups, or "girl style" on your knees with ankles crossed?

    I'm not full floor yet. I started on the wall and moved to the counter and lowering myself as each level gets "easy".
