Progress!

I have to share in my amazement and excitement!

So... I have fat arms. I know every girl says that, but seriously. They're huge (started at 19 inches diameter each). 3 weeks ago my FH and I started a bet for $1. He said that if I did push ups every day for 6 weeks they would be half their size. I said no way... not possible.
Well, I missed 2 days and so I'm starting the 6 weeks over today and we measured the arms. Ladies.... I lost a whole inch per arm! In 3 weeks! I might just lose this bet, but I'll look great in my dress! 😍

    Not much. Two sets of 10 reps. I try to fit in more through the day when I can, but 20 is my minimum.

    Omg that’s awesome! I feel you I hate my arms and would love to lose a couple inches on them before my wedding! Can I ask how many push-ups you did? And did you change anything about your diet?

    Girlllll that's awesome!!!! I generally am quite fond of my curves, but my arms are by far my least favorite part of me! I am definitely going to do this!!!! Best of luck!!!

    I did 2 sets of 10. And I'm doing low carb (not keto, just lower carb) but I started that months ago for other health reasons.

    Thank you so much for sharing!! I have been trying so many different exercises to tone my arms. I have 108 days left so I will definitely be doing push ups everyday

    I did 2 sets of 10 at least once a day. I'm still building upper body strength so I started on the wall then moved to a counter. I'm not quite at the floor yet. I fit in a few here and there throughout the day on the wall at work, but it isn't consistent. And since the original post I've lost another 0.5 inch per arm.
