Back with the pictures and updates. We checked with our guests for the two weeks after - we did have one guest test positive (asymptomatic), but then he quarantined and tested negative 10 days later. All the wedding party tested before and after as negative, so all in all seems like as safe an event as we could manage.

    LOL yes, he's a strange soul. It made the guests laugh when he rolled it out though.
    He had tried to "convince me" that we should have scrolls for invites that we have owls deliver or some nonsense, and I'd just ignored his ravings.

    That might be the best picture I have to see how it was done. It's kind of like a french braid crown until the back then both sides are braided and pinned to all hell. The gold hair piece was like $10 from Michael's to cover up the pins a bit.

    Yeahhhhh, crazy times out here. It really did seem like as safe an event as I've been to - and luckily everyone healthy after. We think my asymptomatic friend was positive for a long time - they told him you can test positive for *weeks* with no symptoms, and that you're most contagious the first 10 days of that. His live-in girlfriend didn't test positive, or his parents. 🤷‍♀️
