Prize ideas

Elicea, on March 4, 2010 at 12:16 AM Posted in Planning 0 3

We are having a carnival themed wedding. The games include:

1) ring toss - 4 tickets gets 3 rings

2) bean bag toss - 4 tickets gets 2 bags

3) milk bottle game - 4 tickets gets 3 balls

4) ping pong fish - 4 tickets gets 3 ping pong balls

5) ball/grid game (toss balls and try to get in colored hole) - 4 tickets gets 3 balls

6) spin wheel game - 4 tickets for 3 spins

Issue: Not quite sure how to do prizes. I figure for the spin wheel game, it will be multi-colored and you have to land on one particular number to win the prize, everyone else gets a consolation prize. But I'm not sure how to do the rest.

At first I thought I would limit the game to only 3 plays per person or something. But then what does everyone do when they are done? However, if I keep it open to how many plays, then how do I know how many of each prize? Is there an easy way to make it strict on plays/prizes and it still be fun when its all done?

Maybe close up the booths after two hours or something?

Thanks

How fun! Give out prize tickets and have a prize booth(Chuck E. Cheese style) guests can redeem their tickets for prizes. You could even have personalized prizes, that way they would be wedding favors.
