Prime Day

It's been acting so funky every time I think I found something I lose it. So frustrating.

I tried for a few hours yesterday but Amazon was consistently crashing so I'm going to try again for a few hours today.

Yesterday I couldn't get it to work at all. Today I have had no issues, just difficult to find things.

Not worth it. I also prefer to shop locally and support local businesses not mega corportations.

Prime day deals are mostly for electronics and home goods I find. I haven't seen anything wedding related that would be useful. It possible there might be some jewelry that is a good gift option but nothing for the most part. That or if you're looking for skin care stuff for yourself or to include as apart of your gifts. There were some bath bomb sets on sale, but overall nothing too useful IMO

I couldn't access it either... Just look for local offers.

I found some stuff for my circut and chalk pens for the wedding. Not feeling these deals.

I just got an email today from AC Moore that tons of wedding stuff if buy one get one 1/2 off. I didnt aee anything on Amazon.

Amazon would crash on the the web platform and the app yesterday when I attempted to shop. I hope it works better today, but if not, as others have shared, many local businesses have great resources to explore! Happy planning!

RIght - I just saw an article that Bezos is literally the richest man in the world, in the history of the world, when accounting for inflation.

I know people like to "knock" the wedding industry and the outrageous prices - but almost every vendor of mine is a sole-proprietor or family business -- and often women-owned businesses at that. I think that's a pretty COOL thing about using professional vendors for your wedding!
