Prewedding Dress Storage???

How is everyone storing their dress looooong before the wedding? I have mine in a cloth garment bag,white tissue paper inside the bag over it & laying under my bed.I know I will need to steam press it though.I've heard NOT to store it on a hanger/hang it upright,because the weight of the dress might stretch it out of shape.Then I heard another bride say places like David's have theirs on hangers for months,without being stretched out of shape.How are you storing your dress before the big day....just curious?

Well I came here hoping for answers but, there is no way I can hang mine. It's bottom heavy and an off the shoulder top. I think storing it under my bed will have to do. Thank you for asking this question. You helped me out!
