My first that I can remember was last night... I was trying to get my dress on and finish my makeup and everyone that was invited kept coming in the room asking me questions about where to go or where they should sit and I couldn't get away from them!

I was just telling FS earlier that I had a strange one last night. Three strange guys, my FS and me were standing on our front porch. Two of the guys I don't know were hitting on me, being very vulgar about it and pissing me off. I pointed to the other side of our porch where my fs was standing talking to the third guy and said "my husband is right over there, you guys need to knock this shit off". They made some manly comment about "what was my BOYFRIEND going to do about it?" I threw my ring hand up in their faces and said "no, he's my HUSBAND you jack a**!" and then I woke up. Not even married and I'm wifezilla already Smiley winking I swear I have pointless dreams like this every night! And is it just me or do you feel really tired when you wake up from this type of stupid dream?

I have less than 4 months to go and I have had one dream about my wedding. Or, I guess it would be a nightmare! I was about to walk down the isle and I couldn't find my dad and my mom said "Betsy, your dad is at the gym". Now if you knew my dad you would know that this could likely happen. My dad is a work out finatic and is always pumping iron or at the gym or running/roller blading or playing hockey. hahaha Needless to say, he now has very strict rules for my wedding day. NO GYM!

@S2B - I used to have the stressful dreams, now they are odd and off-putting Smiley tongue

@Betsy - We gave my FFIL a photography job the morning of cause he's known to just wander off taking photos. He's never been to our wedding venue so we were worried he go on an adventure and disappear! He's done it more than once Smiley smile

I have been having 'weddingmares' on and off since we started really planning - and even my FH has them every so often (though not as much as me) - the last one was last night that FH had. He was mumbling in his sleep which he never does so when I woke him up he told me he was having bad dreams about the wedding. The dreams I have are not always bad but they all are definitely strange LOL

You are lucky if they just started!! mine started about a month after we got engaged.... my first one was getting to our gorgeous destination.... making sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves and all the details were taken care of.... and then about an hour before the wedding, i realized i had not gotten a wedding dress. Smiley surprise(

I had a dream a few months ago that I was walking down the aisle and noticed that everyone was wearing jeans and tennis shoes. Then I looked down and saw that I was wearing crocs (which I detest) and my hair was in a ponytail. Then I woke up. haha

@Cyndi, I am exhausted from that dream last night!

@ashlee, I am not sure if they just started last night but I don't remember them if I had them!

@irin, at least your feet were probably happy, at least that's what the commercials say, I detest them too!

Last week I was talking to my manager at work about the wedding and she made a joke about making me work a half a day on that Saturday. And later that night I had a dream that everyone was annoying me so much that day that I did go work for half aday. To get away from everyone and to calm my nerves, since the building is locked and no can come in wo a id badge. I woke up screaming saying everyone leave me alone

I had a dream that my wedding was all the sudden this weekend. I remember asking my sister(MOH) to run around and get everything ready, I was still missing flowers and centerpieces and I didnt have a veil or shoes. She said "I don't feel like it." I woke up paniced because I thought I was getting married tomorrow! Oddly enough, I originally had my date set as Oct 8th 2011. I just moved it to June 17th!!! Sometimes dreams have a funny way of preparing you for real life situations.

I seem to have one whenever I got to bed right thinking about all I have to do. So I have been getting them about 2-4 per month for the past 7 months. I have been getting better about just writing a list (I now write one list a day of everything I still have to do) so I can stop thinking about it. I usually toss the lists when cleaning (which is kind of cathartic since I usually toss bridal mags too).

The only thing I am truly very grateful for is that they have all been details related, never being left at the alter or going all bridezilla on his family.

I have a year and a half to go and I had a nightmare as soon as I started planning! It was horrible! It was our wedding day all of a sudden and nothing was ready- the decorations weren't set up, I had to do my own hair, the guys didn't have their tux, etc. I was trying to remain calm and decided that, okay I can just go to the store and get some tea light candles and those paper puffs and we'll be good on decor, and the more I thought about how much wasn't done or prepared, the more panicked I got! Everyone else around me was so la-dee-da about it and just kind of talking with one another and slowly making their way out to the cars and to the ceremony (which was minutes away apparently) and I went to get my dress from the closet, which I had three different dresses in there, two really tacky ones and then THE dress which I put all together to throw my FH off in case he looked in the closet so he couldn't tell which one it was, and I was mortified because there was red (paint?) all over

Dresses!!! But luckily MY dress was ok.. it was just a lot of panicking as we didn't even have our wedding bands, Couldn't find my make up, I couldn't remember if I had invited people and no decorations were set up and I wasn't sure if we had music or not, but I think it would have ended okay if I had stayed asleep longer... maybe.

Ugh. I have over a year to go and I have these dreams on a nightly basis. I posted about one of them last week I think. In all of them something strange happens to my dress, one night it didn't fit so I wore it looking like a fool and everyone laughed hysterically and pointed at me. Another night it turned black as I walked down the aisle. one night my fsil cut it into pieces. Usually I run out of the church and end up being chased by men with huge guns all over town. Strangely, I'm not getting married in a church and I'm not catholic but every wedding dream takes place in a catholic church. I don't even want to think about having these dreams for another 15 months. Lol
