Pre-wedding thoughts

I'm a week and a half away and I'm on such a roller coaster.

I'm super excited, but also really stressed. I'm dealing with the emotional fallout of having to cut ties with my mother, and how that means none of her family will come. I'm struggling with believing this is all happening, because of my own past traumas, but at the same time, my relationship with FH is strong and healthy.

I feel all over the place, basically.

He’s VERY calm and when he see’s that I’m becoming a little frazzled he just lets me blurt out how I feel than he gives me hug 😆. If you just relax and take it slow I promise you’ll feel so much better, it’s easy to get the urge to be like “omg is this done, etc etc”. I feel as though it’s easy for us to get really caught up in making sure everything is perfect which then leads to stress and forgetting to enjoy the whole experience! Your wedding is going to be beautiful and everything is going to work out. And you guys are going to look amazing!

View Quoted Comment Totally relate to that feeling Rebecca! I feel as though some things happen in our lives happen before a big moment is set to so that our eyes are wide open. It’s okay to feel like that it is your mom but then again whatever the case may be everything is always for a reason. We never know what will happen in the future but if nothing changes just continue to be happy and love from a distance don’t let it stir up negative energy. Always remain positive in everything 🌻.
