Pre-wedding spa treatments/couples massage?

We are both getting manis/pedis two days beforehand. I'm also making him clean up his unruly eyebrows and I'm getting a wax as well. We got a really nice Nordstrom gift card from a friend so we are putting it to good use at their spa

FH has never had a massage so I would like to take him for a couples massage just before all the craziness begins

I'm doing mani/pedis with the girls but thats really it..... we're actually planning on doing a couples massage while we're on our honeymoon in Hawaii to de-stress after the wedding lol

Probably couples massage and I'll ask him if he'd consider doing a manicure. He probably would want to so he looked good.

Couples massage the week of the wedding. I have a membership at a spa and arranged to use my credits for a couples' massage. FH has never had a professional massage before. He's excited

I really want a whole spa day! When I'm overly stressed, I tend to either get a cold sore or hives, so I definitely need the calmest week of my life the week of my wedding lol!!

I'm doing mani/pedis with my BM the day before but after seeing this I looked at FH and asked if he wanted to go for a massage so I guess we're doing that two days before! Thanks for the idea

FH is also a licensed massage therapist. I'll probably ask him for one before the wedding. And even though I'm not great at the hands on massage, I'm really good at walking on his back! So we'll probably stay home and relax with some wine.

However, I am going to get a mani/pedi with my BMs and both moms about a week before the wedding.

Mani/pedi for me but that's it. Unless he wants to join me and my best friend. He loves pedi.

That sounds fun! I am not really doing anything. Probably doing some kind of hand soak/moisturizer thing at home and painting my own nails clear. I didn't want the extra expense or appointments surrounding my wedding.

We're going to go get pedis together at his request!

I would LOVE to do a couples massage but I'm too paranoid because FH doesn't react well to them (wtf, right? He went all zombie for like two days last time) and I've heard if you have lots of toxins released you can get sort of sick. Maybe it's all just hippytalk or my hypochondriac coming out though.

@Lyssa - so have you heard of people getting sick after massages?? (since your FH is a massage therapist)
