Postponed!! Hate Coronavirus

When in May? Mine is May 2nd and we will probably be changing plans. I would’ve tried to reschedule for later. A May wedding is definitely not in the clear

I am very sorry. Corona is horrible!


Many brides are in stress mode as you can read in this forum. However, I rather have mine postponed if the situation is that bad, than to keep going and risking love ones’ health, and yours too.

I was an April 18th bride and had to reschedule for June 20th yesterday 😭. We had sent off my wedding band to be sautered to my engagement ring and got the call that it was in today. I wont be able to wear it now for 3 months.

Mine is May 9th and I am not sure what to do...part of me wants to wait it out a couple weeks to see what happens cause I really don’t want to postpone it but it kills me thinking that I’ll be forced to due to a state lockdown or something. I’m just praying to God that things get better by then. It’s just sad cause as brides we dream and plan this one big day for so long and then to have this added stress just sucks. I just don’t know what to do.

I feel all of you...my wedding is scheduled for May 30th and as heartbreaking it is thinking about postponing, I am trying to come to terms with the fact that I probably won't have a choice. It sucks, a year and a half of planning and now its getting so close, this was not a part of wedding planning I thought I would have to deal with! I know all of you are in the same boat though which gives me some comfort...not that i'd wish this on anyone but it makes it easier to know i'm not the only one feeling so terrible right now
