I’ve looked at a million posts but finally figured I’d make my own. I need shapewear to smooth my muffin top and hip area and lift my butt. My dress is mermaid and looks great everywhere except the belly/upper hip region. What shapewear and brands did you get? I need something that will suck me in, I’m looking for maybe mid or high waisted shorts as my dress has a sheer back and is off the shoulder. My dress is a size 20 and I’m trying to lose weight but will need shapewear to suck me in regardless

I bought a spanx to hold me in..lol. I got it on sale at Nordstrom Rack. They are also sold at Lane Bryant

I'm using the David's bridal brand. It works surprisingly well for smoothing everything out.

There are so many different brands to choose from. I believe stores such as Target carry lots of different brands if you would like to try some out.
Personally, I’m a big fan of Spanx!
