Try getting dyeable shoes. Those should be pure white.

You don't actually have to dye them for them to look good if you want them to be white

I'd also try searching Zappos if you haven't already! There's a lot of off-white shoes pulling into their results as well but their site has lots of great filters you can use to narrow down your search!
