Go to Facebook and look up bridal groups. WW Bride-2-Bride is specifically Weddingwire people and I've seen some beautiful dresses never worn for fairly cheap.

No idea how eBay is selling so low, but keep in mind price of alterations. I have 2 friends that wore white prom dresses to very casual weddings to save money

What kind of dress are you looking for? There are lots of places to find dresses on a tight budget if you're reasonable about your expectations. Check out Modcloth, TJMaxx, and even David's Bridal has quite a few budget-friendly dress options, some under $100!

I've checked David' Bridal as well, I still have a specific taste in mind for my dress. I couldn't quite find anything on David's Bridal or any store like TJMaxx
