please help me find this dress!!!

I’ve been trying to find this dress for sooo long but I’ve only come across Chinese-based websites that are obviously scams. I’ve tried doing the reverse image search too but couldn’t find anything either. However, on the websites I did find, the dress was called “Burgundy Flower Off the Shoulder Evening Dress.” I’d really appreciate some help! Thank you so much in advance

I can't find any legit matches, but the love and beyond dress from lulus has the same vibe! Here's a pic from their site:

It's not a match, but it has some qualities in common

They appear to be the original source of this dress. They also have presence in the states. It is reported that they have an above 3 rating in satisfaction. Maybe someone will have direct knowledge.

I found this with the image search provided by the Edge browser. I think I had to click on some option next to (or below) the image so that the website would show up.
