Please ease my mind! Dress Color

Hi! First of all, I love my dress. However, I’m so nervous about what color it will end up being. I ordered the Martina Liana 942 dress. The one in the boutique was beautiful so I ordered that exact one. The color is moscato/ivory. When I ordered it, I signed something stating that I acknowledge that the fabric is hand dyed and that the color may vary and didn’t think anything of it until I looked up the stock photo of the dress and it’s damn near pink. Here’s where y’all come in- do you think it’s just the awful lighting in the stock photo? Do you think it’s going to be okay? Basically, hold my hand and tell me it’s going to be okay. But also, give it to me straight (gently). BONUS POINTS if this is your dress and you can tell me what yours looks like. I called my consultant and she said shes never seen one that pink but this isn’t a commonly ordered dress in that boutique 🙏🏻. I added the skirt to add a fuller bridal look that I can take on/off whenever and I think that helps the color. I’ve added several pictures in different lightings. Gimme ya thoughts. Also, while we’re here, hair up or down? 😘

To me, it looks like a lighting issue. The stock photo has a really dark background and in all your pictures, the lighting is really bright! I would do hair half up, or all down.

What a beautiful gown. I do also think it's a lighting issue for the stock photo because it does look darker. Trust that it'll come out well for yours

I agree its definitely the lighting. My dress looked pure white in the store, but at my house you can tell its actually ivory. The back of your dress looks low enough to wear your hair down!

Not my dress, but I ordered an ivory/moscato dress from Stella York (sister brand) and mine wasn't very pink. The only time it really looked pink was in certain lighting. I think you'll be totally fine!

Definitely the lighting. But honestly you look so good in that dress it could be traffic come orange and still be amazing.

I’m leaning towards hair down! I’d be fine if my dress is a little darker like an ivory but idk if I can handle if it’s pink like that hahah. Let’s hope it’s the lighting, thank you!

I tried some Stella’s on! Beautiful! I see what you mean! Hopefully it will mostly lean toward the lighter version. I’ll have someone shine a light on me at all times lol

Mine was a Stella York with a moscato underlay.
I never felt the moscato looked pink at all. I’d have described it as a champagne- shade, if anything. That dress is unbelievable on you!!! Simply stunning

The stock photo is terrible, extremely photoshopped, and doesn’t have natural lighting. You look absolutely beautiful, and that dress was absolutely made for you!

Thank you! I agree. Why on earth did they choose those images to show chase their gowns? Some of her collections are shot outdoors and they’re beautifully lit. Some of them (like mine) look like they were taken in a half lit basement😂
