Taking breaks from wedding planning! Go on dates with your SO that exclude any wedding talk, you’ll feel a lot better. I’ve been a bundle of stress but my FH started suggesting picnic dates and it’s done wonders for my stress! We go disc golfing and just pack some sandwiches. The important thing is to put down the wedding stuff once in a while, even if it’s just binge watching your favorite show.

Be as organized as you can and keep a calendar with important dates marked. I have several excel spreadsheets as well as calendars with dates of meetings, payment deadlines and other important information on them.
