When the officiant asks “who gives this woman.....”. Your sons can say simply say “we do”.

It depends on what the officiant asks. Talk to them about what you want included during the interview.

You could also skip the "who gives this woman away" part. My mom walked down the aisle with me and then sat down without being asked/saying anything. I wasn't " being given away" so we did not include anything like that in the ceremony.

My sons are 13 and 15. My youngest is better at public speaking than my oldest so my youngest plans to say “my brother and I do.” It’s extremely important to him to have that role.

My 38yo daughter and 27yo son walked me in and gave me away and when asked they said "we do". They said it was the most beautiful moment they could ever have done for me. I am a widow who remarried and married a widower. Although he and his late wife never had kids together, he raised her children as his own. Their adult children as well "gave him away". It was a very special moment for everyone.
