i don't think it is ever too early to start! this gives you plenty of time to gather ideas and decide what you love. then you can go from there. it might be too early to actually book a venue but you can certainly start looking! the more you do now, the less you cram in last minute! best of luck, happy planning!

The sooner the better, my fiancé and I got engaged at the beginning of October. We toured 5 different venues, and 4 out of the 5 were already filling up for Sept of 2021. Our venue only had two dates left for that month. We now have the venue, caterer, flowers, DJ, and closing in on our photographer We knew we would have a longer engagement, but once you have the venue picked, things start to fall together nicely!

Definitely not too early! I would also suggest moving your venue viewings to the beginning of next month if they aren’t already! That’s Memorial Day weekend, which is incredibly popular. My fiancé and I were looking at that date back in November, and quite a few places were already booked for that date! Good luck, I hope you get it! 😊

No! We're getting married July 2021 and already got our venue and caterer and will be signing with our photographer soon. It's nice to get the big things out of the way so you get first choice of vendors, especially if staying in budget is a concern. I've spread out my to-do list so I can slowly stay on track while avoiding too much planning during months when I know work will be more high-stress. If you like planning I suggest it. 😊

I would definitely start now lol you would be suprised how fast places get booked up a year in advance , set you’re budget shop around see what each place has to offer and go from there .

No! I would get started as soon as you feel ready. I’m getting married in 10 months and I’m struggling to find a venue and it’s making me stressed.
