I loveeeee the aquarium if it was in our budget it would have been at one without a doubt but this is the next best thing. I know they can do stars of course and i think fireworks, that'd be pretty awesome for our first kiss as newlyweds. the sky will be easy the rest i'm unsure about. hope it's what i'm

If you do this, I'd make sure you find a photographer who has worked with this type of lighting.

Memorable is definitely a big point for us. we've been to a few weddings the last couple years and i couldn't tell you any defining details at this point in time about any of them LOL.

I wanted to let you know the very first thought that popped into my head when I read your OP :

EXTYREMELY LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS!!!! Make sure when looking at photographers that you ask the following questions :

- are you familiar with night photography and do you like it?

- our venue will be extremely dark. Can you, your camera and lenses handle low light?

- do you have samples of your night time/low light photography?

- do you have a tripod?

Your potential venue is unique and there is definitely a level of gear your photographer will need to do a great job. IMO, should you choose this venue, the photographer you go with should be well versed with shooting low light and mixing different types of light.

Thanks for the tips kathleen, definitely will need to make sure our photog knows how to handle this situation, luckily we're still looking! the venue has a slide show, not sure if they took the photos or another professional but they're not exactly shining examples
