Please help me decide on which reception grand entrance song to use for my bridal party. I am SO TORN!! FH has stated he definitely wants the intro to "Enter Sandman" by Metallica (instrumental only) for us to enter to. So that is a definite, since he hasn't asked for much. The hard part is deciding...

Please help me decide on which reception grand entrance song to use for my bridal party. I am SO TORN!! FH has stated he definitely wants the intro to "Enter Sandman" by Metallica (instrumental only) for us to enter to. So that is a definite, since he hasn't asked for much. The hard part is deciding the wedding party's entrance song. I am meeting with our DJ today, so I have to make a decision. Help me decide!!!

Option 1: "Bring em' Out" by T.I.

Pro- Upbeat and Fun. Con- Unsure if it will mesh well with enter sandman.

Option 2: "Rock of Ages" by Def Leppard

Pro- Meshes well with enter sandman. Con- Unsure if it is upbeat and fun enough.

Heeeellllllppppppppp Meeeeeeeeeeee..........PPPPlllllleeeeeasssseeee!!!

Any other suggestions are also welcomed, lol. Thanks!

I vote for Rock of Ages since your using Enter Sandman.

Ahhh so tough!! Like everyone has said - Rock of Ages goes really well with Enter Sandman!
However, I just heard "bring em out" for the first time as a wedding entrance song last year and I thought it was perfect!!

We did enter sandman and had everyone come into it. It’s an EPIC build, so they came in during the first minute and then at the big build, height of tension we came out! It was so fun! Until I face planted but whatevs lol

I would def go with Rock of Ages, just becuase I’m a huge rock fan 😂 I also think it would blend well with Metallica. Sounds like a fun intro!

Do you feel Sharp Dressed Man worked well/went over well? I had set our intro song but after reading this thread, I changed my mind. We’re now doing Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen for our song and FH wants Sharp Dressed Man for the bridal party.

(I voted for Nothin’ But A Good Time by Poison but he doesn’t show a strong preference for most wedding decisions so I’ll probably give him this one.)

I think for us it absolutely did! It fit our crowd though, so that was a big factor. I will admit though - I gave this WAY MORE THOUGHT than necessary! It was great to picture it all and make it all work, but in the end, everyone is cheering and it's all a blur so people don't even really notice as much as you think

Thanks! I think it fits with our crowd. Our youngest guest is about 30 years old so we’re definitely not a wild & crazy bunch.

I definitely need to stop overthinking all of these tiny details. I know I’m the only one who is going to notice and that they really don’t matter...but for some reason they seem to matter to me!
