Picked up my dress from alterations today! Now to wait 393 days... 2
I started alterations before we decided to postpone, so here’s to hoping my body doesn’t change that much in a year! Anyone else in the same boat?

    Wow, that is a beautiful dress!! I love the veil. I'm in a similar boat, though thankfully, alterations hadn't started (though I had already dropped off my dress the week before) at the time we postponed. I've got 686 days to go, so I'm REALLY hoping that things won't change too much in two years.

    Yeah! I also started alterations but postponed my wedding before she took the waist in so lucked out with that. We just did the hem, shoulders and bustle.

    Beautiful dress! Yup. Same here. I picked up my dress back in April 2020. Postponed 2 freaking times. Now we don’t even have a date. 2022 is in plan, because 2021 doesn’t sound like 100% promising to me (we stayed home almost all year in 2020). Covid sucks.

    I was about to be in the same boat! Had my first alteration appointment done. We decided to postpone and called to see what the bridal shop suggested and they said to pull the pins. . .my dress was next to be started!

    They pulled the pins and I have my dress back, waiting for my already scheduled appointments for next year
