Picked up dress...vent! Would you complain?

I picked up my dress yesterday...a full ball gown. It was not in a wedding gown bag, but a regular bag that you would pick up dry cleaning in. Like the type of bags I get from Macy's when I buy a suit for work or a cocktail dress. NOT a ball gown garment bag. White plastic (trash bag type plastic). I am fuming. The dress was stuffed into it like a sausage. Seriously, I drove home looking like there was a body stuffed in the bag in the back seat. The entire bottom of the gown was balled up into the bag as it was not nearly as long as the gown and the train was stuffed all inside. It is totally wrinkled around the bottom especially. How the heck do I get wrinkles out of tulle! It is out of line for me to think with a $1300 gown (I know I know...not exactly expensive for a wedding gown, but still) that they should have put it in a wedding gown bag/protector? I'm livid. To top it off...I go to David's Bridal yesterday afternoon to buy a gown bag from them...and they are closed on Tuesdays. (I did NOT get my dress at David's, only went there for a garment bag). I was in the parking lot sitting in my car looking like "Anger" from the movie Inside Out. What the heck. Am I wrong for thinking that it should have been in a gusseted, longer length bag. Ugh....and how do I get the wrinkles out of the tulle overlay. Ugh, vent, vent, vent.
