Help!! i did my bridals in october and my wedding was in november and the photographer still hasn’t gotten any pictures from either shoot back to me, even after false promising several times! WHAT DO I DO IM PANICKING 😭😭

    First off I’m so sorry to hear this. Secondly I would be pissed and called them back and threaten to take them to court for breaking your contract. Keep in mind that if you broke the contract with them and you didn’t get them their money on time they would not be okay with it and probably charge you more. They are not the ones in charge, you as the client are the only person that should be in charge. I will call them up now and demand an answer on why they have been so late to getting you your photos. If they don’t have an answer I will then threaten to get a lawyer and take them to court. Tell them that you have a lawyer and your family and you will start the paperwork tomorrow

    Hey Kaylie. I’m sorry to hear this has happened. What was the agreed timeline that you should have received them stated in your contract? Have you quoted this breach of contract in your communications? Did they respond to this in any way?

    She gave me no deadline specifically. I have reached out to her and each time I do she has an excuse and says she will have them done by “X date” and then the date comes and goes and no pictures

    It's a little unusual that the contract does not have any indication as to when you should expect to receive the photos. Even if it does not give a specific date, does it say how many weeks/ months?

    At this point, it may be time to consult a lawyer to discuss your options.

    I did review my contract- which states up to 15 weeks. I contacted her, left voicemail and she again states by text “i will have them for sure by saturday end of day”. I mentioned in the voice mail i did review our contract

    That is very frustrating.

    Personally, I would put everything which has happened to date in an email for reference (including what was agreed in the contract, how long it's been, your numerous attempts at contact and the multiple dates for delivery which have been given but not met). I would ask one more time for a date when you should expect your photos.

    If this date is not met, at this point I would ask if it was necessary to involve lawyers. Sometimes the simple mention of legal action can help get something resolved!

    I’m going to give her until her quoted “saturday by the end of the day” and see. Praying they will be in my inbox!! I’ll keep ya posted with what happens! thanks for reaching out with advice/help!

    Saturday came and went 😭. i called her last night, left voicemail and have texted her this morning with no response. I guess I have no choice but to move forward. I HATE that we did our part with payment but she won’t do hers with the completed gallery 😭 so frustrating
