Photography vendors

I have sent messages to two photography vendors from this app and have not received a reply yet.
One was sent Mar 15, 2022.
The other was sent Mar 18, 2022.What am I to do about this?

    Have you tried sending a follow up message? Or, instead of messaging them through WeddingWire, search for their business website and contact them through that instead.

    I would go on their actual website and inquire through there. But I would also reach out to other vendors. Some vendors are unresponsive or take a great deal of time to respond, for me, that is a red flag and I choose not to go forward with their services.

    Definitely follow up on their website! I’ve had vendors tell me that while they advertise on WW they don’t monitor those messages as closely as they do their business email/website. If you follow up and still don’t hear back then I’d move on.

    Yes definitely try to email them directly. Also take into account the length of time it takes to get any response. Because that’s how they’ll be the entire time pre and post wedding and you don’t want someone who isn’t on top of their stuff, you know?

    Thanks for the replies.
    I did try to find their website. Neither of them have on. I did find a phone number for both. Called the one and left a message. Called the other and the phone number is no longer in service.

    Search photographers on Instagram and Google and contact them directly from their official websites.

    Not having a website is a red flag, and not having a phone number in service would be the end of it for me. You could try to find them on social media and maybe those avenues would be more helpful, but it may be best to try to find a different vendor.

    Agree with this. There are countless photographers in a wide range of budgets. If one doesn’t work, then there is someone with a similar style and price range. Personally I prefer a regular website on Google vs a random Facebook/Instagram page that has no independent website or contact info.
