Photography and Videography

I live in VA, and actually got really good deals/finds on my photographer and videographer. I did a lot of price comparing, researching, and comparing. I found the perfect photographer for $800 (included: engagement session, bridal portraits, and entire day of with second shooter). I haven't met my videographer yet, but he seems very personable and very responsive, I have high hopes, he is charging $900 for a 3-4 minute highlight video played to a song of our choosing.

I got married in Carmel, California. We spent $4600 for our photography package and didn’t have a videographer. Our photographer was on the cheaper side for prices in our area.

I'm in Denver. Paying $3,200 for our photographer & $2,500 for our videographer. The photographer was average to high end priced and videographer was on the low end, both will be there for 8 hours!

Our photography package is $3,700 for 10 hours of coverage & 2 photographers and our videography package is $2,500 for 8 hours of coverage. I did a lot of research and contacted well over 20 photographers and found a lot started at $4,000 for the kind of package we wanted, same with videographers.

We went with lily and lime and they are located all over the US. We spent about $3100 for both.

I live in LA county, but getting married in the IE. Our photographer is 2600 and video is 1600. That's at a slight discount because we were referred by our venue.

I live in Los Angeles, and I am paying $3500 for one lead photographer (8 hours), one assistant photographer (6 hours), and one videographer (8 hours). I booked through George Street Photography.

Im in Charleston SC. Videographer was 1200 for 5 hours. Photographer 2050 for engagement shoot, bridal shoot, and 4 hours for wedding.

5k is definitely a good budget. I am in Portland with similar prices. Ours is coming out to 3.9k for 8 hours of both.

Our wedding is in LA as well (Burbank) and our photographer is $3,100 for 8 hours of coverage with a second shooter and an engagement shoot. That was a slightly discounted rate because they are a preferred vendor but I think it saved $200-300. Our videographer is $2,000 for up to 12 hours of coverage, a highlight video, 1 minute social media teaser video, ceremony documentary, and all raw footage. So we just spent just over $5k total.
