It depends on the area that you are from. We paid $1400 for photographer with a extra person to help take photos and $750 for a dj.

Definitely depends on your area! We're in South Carolina and this is what we paid:

Our photography was $1,775 and included full day coverage with two shooters, $100 credit for prints, an engagement session, and a 20x30 canvas of our favorite photo. Heck of a deal in my opinion, other photographers in our area were the same price for one photographer and only 4 or 6 hour packages.

Our DJ was $595 for 4 hours plus ceremony music, which was a steal for our area. All the other DJ's we looked into were between 1-2k.

We're paying $1,400 for our DJ and $3,500 for our photographer for 8 hours in the Chicagoland area (which is reasonable for our area)

Like others said, it’s going to depend on your area.

I’m from Southern California and I paid $6600 for photographer (2 shooters, 10 hrs of coverage and photo album), $6000 for videographer (2 shooters, 10 hours of coverage, 6-8 minute video), DJ was around $1900, photo booth was another $1150.
