Photo booth, cookie table or candy table???

So I've been looking into a photo booth (getting married in Canton, Ohio) and found 2 companies that do it and the prices start at $650 for a basic package. Now I'm having a small wedding (about 50 people) and I am having a hard time justifying paying that much money for such a small party. Instead...

So I've been looking into a photo booth (getting married in Canton, Ohio) and found 2 companies that do it and the prices start at $650 for a basic package. Now I'm having a small wedding (about 50 people) and I am having a hard time justifying paying that much money for such a small party.

Instead I was thinking of doing a Polaroid camera set up (on a tripod) near the sign in table and having each guest take a picture and then sign the book and attach the picture.

Lastly, I was also thinking of having either a candy or cookie table for favors.

It's just sad because I've never seen a photo booth at a wedding at it looks so cool!

    I so love the photobooth idea but like a lot of you.....it's just out of my budget! I googled photobooths and you can buy new ones for just under $10K.....this seriously might be a side job for weekends! lol Smiley smile I'm excited to look through some of the links in this thread to get ideas for a DIY one!
