Does anyone know how i can get a hold of someone to get help with the wedding website and online rsvp's?? I can't find a phone number anywhere and no one will answer me through the support e-mail! I'm considering changing to The Knot...any suggestions?

    Hello,

    I enabled my meal tracker on my website for the reception and added all my options but when guests make their selection it is not being saved on the website! A few people have had the same issue... can you please help!!! I don't want to have to enter each persons manually ;(

    I just typed a review for an hour and then it wouldn't let me get it posted. No phone number to be found. I need a phone call. This is crap.

    I too am having trouble with customer service replying to my email. However, when I was paying monthly I got service. Now nothing!!!

    Definitely will think twice about resigning with them.

    Poor customer service.

    Hi there,

    I added two additional events for my guests to RSVP to, in addition to the ceremony and reception.

    When I tested this, the tool only allows guests to RSVP for the ceremony and reception and NOT for my two other events.

    I have sent emails in the last 24hrs and would really like someone to get back to me. I am having issues using my wedding website since it is no longer on my account and it wants me to start a new one. I put a lot of time into it and do not want to make a new one. I can view the website online with the url that I made for it. www.weddingwire.com/muryahanddavid. If we could fix this to where it's back on my account and I can edit it and add wedding information.

    I've just recently started advertising on this website. They told me to get as many reviews as possible. So I have started sending out the link that they provided. They aren't being posted and nobody is calling me back on this situation. Not happy.

    Is anyone having difficulty with the weather widget? It's supposed to be powered by the Weather Channel and it seems all you have to do is provide a zip code and it connects to the Weather Channel app. But when we put in a zip code and save it, "nothing happens" which is to say the Weather box is just blank, as if the app is not connecting and loading. Any ideas?

    Why negative reviews are removed just based on a dispute from a vendor? Why not leave them on the site during 'investigation?' It's a disservice to the public to publish only glorious positive reviews (unverified by the way!) and remove negatives. How people supposed to make a decision if they are misled like that?

    Hi there,

    My guests are having an issue with RSVP section. They are on the guest list but when you type in a guest in the RSVP section list it will say "No matching guests found. Please search again". How do I fix this issue? Contact me asap as guests are trying to RSVP!

    I received a message from a potential client, but when I logged onto my account, there was a message from Wedding Wire saying that I had reported the potential client's message as SPAM. I did not do this, and can't find a phone number to call for assistance. Very frustrating! Please advise.

    I have left several messages and emailed wedding wire for support. No has returned my phone call. This is poor customer service. It seem they only want your money and don't care about you as a vendor.
