Phone number for WeddingWire support?

Does anyone know how i can get a hold of someone to get help with the wedding website and online rsvp's?? I can't find a phone number anywhere and no one will answer me through the support e-mail!

I'm considering changing to The Knot...any suggestions?

    How long ago did you send the email? There's no phone number as far as I know.

    Hello, I need assistance with my wedding website. I am having difficulty deleting the photos in the queue of my photo album and it is taking up space that I need. Thus, I have no more space on my website.

    I need help with my wedding website >....for some reason when i send the link to my guest if you open it with a desktop you cant see the WEDDING EVENTS information It just showes a map ..If you open it on a mobile device you can but what can i do so people seeing my website on desktop can view that tab

    I am having the SAME exact issue as Sarai! I have sent two emails without a response. I really don't know what to do. I saw an earlier comment that the Knot may have a better site. Can anyone validate this? I need to do something quick, I'm mailing my save the dates this weekend with my URL on it... I do want to have to explain to 100+ people that wedding wire website crashed.

    I'm having issues too! Most of the time, my website will only load the background image -- no actual content -- and it's been this way for a couple of weeks now (conveniently right when we sent out save the dates!).

    WeddingWire, are you there? I've sent a query but so far gotten no reply. This not only reflects badly on me but also directly on you and your product since the URL redirects to show that weddingwire hosts it. My friends that are engaged are taking note of the bugs as they begin to plan their weddings; good luck roping them in.

    If you can't fix this ASAP, I will have to move my webpage to something a service that is reliable.

    Hi, is there a setting for RSVP so that when you search, the entire household will show up and you can RSVP per household? thanks.

    I cannot get the RSVP portion of the website to work. My guests are trying to RSVP right now and can't. I have send two emails to try to get this fixed. This has really messed up the RSVP and now I will probably not get the right guest count for my food etc. My guests can't RSVP! I can't find a phone number any where on the wedding wire website for help/assistance. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. This is extremely frustrating!

    I have emailed wedding wire support twice and called and left a voice mail. why is it so difficult to get some assistance. My wedding wire website is not showing any pictures at all, and I chose to use the website template being a picture of us as a background. Which means my website look incredibly boring without the pictures appearing. I am about to delete my entire account and start from scratch on a different site that is more reliable. This will be a huge issue because my website URL has been sent out to all guest with my save the date. Some one please HELP!!!!!

    Same issue as Alycia, I have emailed twice without response. The first time it took 3 weeks for them to respond with a generic email telling me to reupload all the images. Well I did that and it worked for about a day. Now every time someone tries to view the website it won't load, and it crashes google. So that's awesome. The save the dates already went out with the url and people can't view it. I am so disappointed I used wedding wire for this. I will advise future brides not to. What a nightmare.

    I need someone to contact me. I am paying $60 per month and receiving nothing from you since October. If I do not have a telephone call by the end of business Friday January 30 2015, I am advising my bank not to process your February payment, switching to other sites and filing fraud charges. 570-977-5862
