I am getting married tomorrow I tried on my wedding dress last night. I was so bloated I could not even zip up my wedding dress all of the way. I cried my eyes out to my finance big time last night. I am tried of being bloated and gassy while I am on my period. Please help me!

Hope it helps you! I’ve also found that turmeric supplements help and the warm Epsom salt soak someone else mentioned is great, too! Good luck!💕

Hi Crystal, CONGRATULATIONS on YOUR BIG DAY tomorrow! Don't worry and don't cry!
1. Stay away from any gassy foods
2. Boil Water
3. Pineapple and Ginger (slice both and ginger in half)
4. Place the pineapple PEELS ONLY and Ginger slices
5. Drink luke warm
You will be fine!
