Detox tea always helps me on my period, I use a brand called Yogi. Tastes pretty good too. I only use it for periods, don’t steep it more than 2 minutes, it’s potent and will have a laxative effect if you drink it too strong.
Try a heat wrap as well, I know you have gas but sweating will bring down your period bloat at least. Either get this done at a spa if they can fit you in or just wing it at home with a heating pad. My stomach sweats a LOT this way.
Stay hydrated during this and NO salt.

Water pills will help as well. I'd take sooner rather than later and drink A LOT of water with them to help flush out.

Drink at least 64 Oz of water and sweat it out for a while. I get bloated too. Remember, if your pee isn't clear or light yellow in the toilet, DRINK MORE WATER!

Also, not to be gross, but pooping can help too...

Lots of water and avoid salty food for sure. the bloat (for me at least) usually lasts the first and 2nd day and gets better over time. i know its hard but try to relax and rest and by tomorrow it should be gone Smiley smile

Anything to make the bride laugh 😁 the plus is that the advice might work too! Water should get things...moving. And it helps with cramping! I would avoid any pill or supplements you're not used to, though. They could disagree with you.

Epsom salt bath or find a place that does body wraps. It basically sucks the water out of ur body and you’ll lose like 3-4 pounds of water weight. Just make sure you’re drinking enough water too, it may sounds counter productive but u need to stay hydrated and have the water go to the right places ( is vital organs lol)

Laxatives are risky a day before your wedding, unless u know exactly how much your body needs I wouldn’t recommend

Ugh the same thing happened to me! It was almost a week early! I was lucky and had a ballgown that let my dress zip up.

Everyone has great ideas! I find that warm liquids help. Water is awesome - would you be willing to try some warm lemon water?
