Anyone else just realize a few weeks ago to go get their passports for their honeymoon?!? We are going the first week of July and I’m really worried it won’t be back in time. We were supposed to go do it in March and of course didn’t get it done in time then completely forgot! I keep checking the status online but it’s still not even showing as received. We have to pay for the entire trip in 20 days! Ughh why did this have to all happen now?!?

Yeah, the more and more I read the more it sounds like we are just out of luck for July. I have set a date that I will continue with domestic plans if we don't receive it.

Yeah we just booked for California last night. Aruba doesn’t even open to Americans until July 10th which is after our honeymoon date so we just decided to do it as our 1 year anniversary trip! I needed a plan and place . I was afraid if we waited too long there wouldn’t be anything available.

Yeah, I totally understand that! We are looking into going to Puerto Rico. I was going to book on 27th of this month to make sure we have a plan in place for when we leave on the 19th. He wants me to hold out until at least the 1st, but that makes me nervous. Where are you visiting in CA?

Still no passport. But we opted to go to the west coast and do our Aruba trip for our 1 year! Hopefully we’ll get it before then 😳🤣😂

Omg, yeah I figured I wouldn't get it back, but tried to keep a little hope. Glad you guys came up with a different plan. We did as well but now there is another wrinkle in that plan. We decided to book a resort in Puerto Rico since I didn't need a passport and travel was open, but now as of July 15th on, anyone who travels to Puerto Rico must present COVID-19 Negative test results within 72 hours of arrival. Now the test isn't the issue, it is trying to get the results within that time frame that is required. We are giving it a shot and testing at 2 different places, one on Saturday and another on Monday. We need the results to come in no earlier than next friday and no later than next Saturday at 6pm, so we have enough time to cancel our resort without being charged. Luckily they have 24 hours cancellation policy which allows us to wait until the night before we go. Praying it works out with the tests. If not plan C at the last minute lol
