Not sure of what your budget looks like... but here are a few different websites to check out:

http://www.etsy.com/search/handmade?ref=auto&q=passport+wedding+invitations&view_type=gallery&ship_to=US (they have a neat selection but it gets pricey)

I could POSSIBLY do them for you free of charge, you'll just have to print them but I can design them and you can print them via vistaprint or something

If you DO the vistaprint route, the Rack Cards would work. They are long and thin, and they fit inside a standard security envelope. I have links saved to my profile that would get you 50 free. So 100 would only cost you $15.68 in shipping. For that price, you can spend the extra money on VP nice envelopes (or search ebay or a stationary store for some)

I offer a simple boarding pass design, but it is customizable for as low as $1.40 each. It is simple and features a detachable reply postcard.

Here are a couple of really unique ideas for destination weddings by Carlson Craft. These aren't boarding passes, but they are sooooo cute, and surprisingly affordable!
