Hey,

What kind of party favors are you beautiful individuals getting for your wedding guests?

I am having a smaller wedding (Probably not surpassing 70 people)

For those having weddings with a larger number of guests, what sort of party favor best fit your budget and was perfect for you and your fiance?

Thank all of you for the super awesome ideas! Wonderful. I know realize that edible is the way to go, most times.

If you have any budget concerns then favors should be the first thing you cut out. If you have the extra $, then it’s best to do an edible. No one will tell you to your face but no one wants some tchotchke with your names/wedding date on it (unless it’s just on a tag or wrapping). Items like tea, honey, coffee, spices, olive oil, etc. end up sitting in someone’s cabinet for a year until they finally throw it out. If you must do something, do the kind of edible someone will eat the next day like a cookie, chocolate, candy, etc. you can also do a favor the doubles as an escort card.

We bought 100 matches, and purchased personalized stickers that said "the perfect match". I think everything cost about 40 dollars for 100. Plus we have been using what was left over like crazy!

We are looking at about 100 people at the wedding. We are doing mini mason jars filled with M&Ms, which are doubling as our escort cards. We may also buy individually wrapped cookies from the Aloha Cookie Company. They are shaped like pineapples, which is a symbol for welcoming and hospitality. : )

That sounds like a really cool idea. What are escort cards? I've never heard of them! Smiley smile

None. They are a waste of money. Barely anyone takes them and not a single person will bat an eye if there is no favor. It's not a childs party.

We're having a small one too, only 60 guests. I'm not totally set on it because of how extra it is, but I was thinking it would be kind of fun to have a caricature artist as a wedding favor? For what I've looked into, in my area it'd be around 400 for 2 or 3 hours and thats about how long it'll take em to knock out 60 people (a lot of people will couple up, thats still enough time if they don't though.) I was hoping it'd double as something unique and entertaining and make the day stand out & to occupy people since I'm not sure how dancey of a crowd we really have.

I put a Russell Stover candy & Hershey kisses that matched our colors and ribbon that matched our colors & bought these tags from someone on Etsy. Love Etsy!
