Parents not attending your wedding?

Do any brides out there have parents not attending their wedding, if so how are you representing them on your wedding program if they are not able to attend?

At this point, my dad isn't coming. We have a strained relationship.

FH adopted father isn't invited because he can't be trusted not to start drama and make a scenes with FH adopted mom who are going through a divorce. FHs biological father and step mom will attend. Both sets of my own parents are attending as well (the land of many blended families is where I live.)

My father is not invited to my wedding. I haven't seen or heard from him in about 10 years. My brother will be giving me away.

FH and his mother have been estranged for years due to her drug problems. She is back in town now but we are not inviting her to the wedding, and not addressing her absence. Everyone who knows us knows that she is not welcome that day. To be honest I am more worried about her attempting to crash the wedding than I am about addressing her absence in any way.
