Paper Roses or Fake Roses

I personally would go with the ones you think look more realistic. Some of the fake ones you can tell right away are fake. I am having mostly real flowers at my wedding, but I think the wooden flowers look incredibly realistic.

We were thinking doing fake or paper roses and then buying some real ones from somewhere cheap

If you wait around for it, Hobby Lobby regularly has their fake flowers on sale 50% off. I'm getting a little at a time pretty much every time they go on sale so it isn't a big hit to the wallet.

Hobby Lobby has gorgeous artificial roses that look like the real thing! Like PPs said, you can find great sales there to help you save even more money!

If you will be interspersing them with real flowers, you will need to get realistic looking fake flowers. What do you think of the fake ones from Hobby Lobby?

Did you decide what to do about the flowers Tiffanie?

I got some flowers from Michaels and Joanns. But depending on what type of centerpieces your doing, I would highly recommend trying foam flowers. They are about $20 on Amazon but I took a chance and bought mine on Ebay. It was 50 roses for $7. They look realistic and there is so many things you can do with them.
