I got mine at something like a dollar store, I think. I just ran in and out. PartyCity is great, too.

I am planning on DIY mine and so I just need blank ones so I was just curious where everyone got theirs at... Wal Mar doesnt have my colors so Ill have to wait until I can go to a city to look since walmart is all I have here.
